The Mid-Atlantic Regional Public Health Training Center is offering a free support group for the public health workforce, Take a Break. The support group offers: monthly virtual meetings; space to share experiences, concerns, ideas, and successes; opportunities to improve emotional health and well-being; find understanding and empathy; and make new connections.
